Dear Lilo:

On behalf of the executive PITA (Provincial Teachers Association) and the 400 teachers delegates who attended the PITA fall conference, I want to thank you for your most warm and enthusiastic keynote address.

The audience was enthralled and inspired as you told your story of courage and your positive approach to overcoming adversity. You provided the right mixes of humor and serious reflection to provide a stimulating and thought provoking hour of verbal entertainment.

I have never heard such a long period of applause following one of our keynote addresses.
